Abstract :
Criminals have shown adaptability and opportunism in finding the new and innovative methods that use the internet, wireless device for electronic cross-border funds transfer globally. That is a challenge to the central banks. the present study analyses the new E-payment vectors with a focus on: (1) assess the methods of the central bank in China used for monitoring the suspicious money flowing; (2) identify the risks factors and vulnerabilities of new innovative for electronic cross-border funds transfer;(3) the policy issues that central banks face in the field of E-payments.
