Abstract :
By establishing a regional innovation capability evaluation index system and TOPSIS method on China´s 30 provinces (municipalities) with statistics as well as the software of SPSS17.0, the article gave a comprehensive sort to the regional innovation capability of them, and made a detailed evaluation and analysis of the results.
