Abstract :
Electric power enterprises as the main force in power industry, its management and development is directly related to the development with green concept. The uncertainties of the project, the limited human cognitive and the lag of the information are the potential sources of project risks, especially in the electricity business management sector. This may lead to unexpected economic loss. In order to minimize the risk as much as possible, it is important to conduct the science-based risk management. This article will focus on the project-risk management through the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The findings provide risk managers with insights into how related project characteristics and risk situation affect the choice a risk-handing strategy.
