Abstract :
This paper focuses on the resource allocation and scheduling problem in steel information technology planning project in which constraints like resource, duration are taken into account. A mathematical model which aims at maximizing the project robustness is formulated to deal with the problem and an algorithm based upon PSO algorithm is proposed according to characters of the model. The results from simulation experiment testify the feasibility of the model ad the algorithm.
