After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Knowledge is the unique resource of an enterprise and the fundamental factor for constructing the core competence of the given enterprise. Effective integration of knowledge guarantees an enterprise´s acquisition of advantages over others in the rapidly changing world. The paper analyzes the economic mechanism uncovered by knowledge integration theory, and proposes that knowledge integration helps to enhance the core competence of enterprises.
