Abstract :
At present, there is little research on the application of virtual campus combined with security. If a security failure occurs, we can neither avoid losses through the virtual campus, nor search precisely the accident locale by ordinary 2DGIS virtual campus system. In this paper, we combined the virtual campus technology with 3D modeling, and put forward the concept of the virtual campus security, when a security failure come up, we can find the accurate site through this new virtual campus technology, thus can mostly avoid safety hazards.
