Abstract
In this paper, frequency bandwidths of feed network topologies are discussed. The main focus is on the impedance match and comments are for phase distribution. Our approach of analysis can also be extended to other similar applications of transmission line matching networks. It should be emphasized that the presented method is intended to be a tool for topology determination. Our analysis indicates an optimum sub array size for wideband operation of the feed structure when there are practical limitations on realizable characteristic impedances.
