Cost management of human resources is the sum of expenditures that an organization acquires, develop, use and ensure necessary human resources and disburse the leaving cost of human resources in order to achieve their goals, to create the best economic and social benefits. The object of cost management of human resources is human resources. Human resources and other things, also has a life cycle, namely the introduction, growth, maturity and termination period. Therefore, in the cost management of human process, according to the characteristics of human resources at various stages of the life cycle, investing and controlling human cost effectively, so as to achieve a better effective of human cost management to achieve business objectives and enhance market competitiveness.
