Abstract :
Graphene, a single sheet of carbon atoms with two dimensional honeycomb lattices, has attracted considerable abundance of attention and research efforts. Its versatile and unique properties potentially trigger exponentially growing applications. Owing to such wonderful future, various techniques were designed to produce graphene, but most can only produce small graphene sheets. In this paper, we review and analyze some synthesis methods that can provide wafer-scale graphene, which is crucial for the further development of graphene.
