Abstract :
This paper presents a broad-band low-pass biquad section based on a high-linear wide-tunable transconductance cell and a wide-band operational transconductance amplifier-based active integrator. It is implemented in a 0.35 μm CMOS process and consumes 9.44 mW from a 3.3 V supply. The bandwidth is tunable from 10 to 100 MHz with 60 dB of dynamic range over all the frequency range while the gain and quality factor can be independently adjusted. This bandwidth can be extended from 1 to 100 MHz by switching the integrating capacitors.
