Abstract :
In this paper, the results of oxidation time measurements performed on laboratory-aged EPR cable models are reported. It is shown that the values of slope and ordinate intercept of the oxidation time lines relevant to specimens aged for different times and under different combination of stresses well fit the compensation effect. In general, a correlation is found between the location of the points on the compensation effect line and their aging conditions, thus achieving a tool for aging diagnosis
