Abstract :
This paper introduces experimental simulation method to the field of innovative talent management in universities by agent modeling. Firstly, the behavior rules for the space and the agents are set, the agent states are defined, and the model is implemented on NetLogo platform. Then a contrastive experiment is carried out to find differences between academic impact-oriented and knowledge innovation-oriented mode. It is found that the latter mode enjoys better systematic efficiency, and some policy suggestions are presented accordingly. The experiment has verified the functions of the model which is proved to be effective, showing favorable development prospects in research area.
