Abstract :
In order to study the influences of the properties of the measured material, measure distance, size of transducer coil and inputting frequency on the distribution of the magnetic lines of force in measurement system and the eddy current intensity in measured, firstly, the influences of the measure distance and the inputting frequency are deduced according to the foundational theory; then, the measurement system is simplified as eddy current sensor faces to a big cylinder part, on which the finite element model of axis-symmetry quasi-steady electromagnetic field is built up based; finally, the influence of every factor on the distribution of the magnetic lines of force and the eddy current intensity is discussed respectively. The consistency between the result from analysis and that from the relevant works is good.
