Abstract :
A new method for evaluating the agility of dynamic alliance based on certainty factor inference and fuzzy logic inference is discussed. Using this method, the randomness and fuzziness of evaluation indexes can be expressed and managed entirely. This method will play positive role in seeking alliance partner for the leader of an alliance, and in evaluating the agility of an enterprise to improve itself.
