Abstract :
The automobile body surface quality is good or bad depends on the result of stamping parts drawing and drawing die is pulled out qualified panel key. According to the investigation and statistical analysis, cracking accounted for 30.24% in total defects, wrinkling accounted for 14.77%. Hybrid grid method was used to the plastic deformation area main strain distribution measurement. According to these panel forming defects, we was used this method test. The test strain values and predefined limit forming curve and the corresponding safety forming curve comparison. The results show that the grid test method and the forming limit diagram combined, is a large panel stamping forming analysis and to improve the quality defects of the effective methods.
