Abstract
With the development of the automobile industry, its after-sales service in the competitive position of enterprises is very important. From the perspective of proactive service angle, to direct at customer characteristics advance the neural network-based index optimization of weights-spectrum analysis method, optimize the classifying index system of automobile customers. Through the classified analysis of characteristic indexes in order to find out the user group common features and user personality traits, to help automobile service providers to provide the most timely and appropriate proactive service, to lay the foundation for advanced services of Service providers.
