Abstract
This study analyzes the anesthesia manner about attributes the knee replacement surgery from Taiwan NHI (National Health Insurance) database based on cluster and association technique. This study used the National Health Insurance drug items selected narcotic agents, and then encoded with the health care doctors in bringing all the information associated with drugs, after data calibration and debugging, further details with the hospital files and data files associated with medical institutions, and then screening outpatient data, analyzing the distribution of anesthesia options. The results from this study will be able to see a knee replacement surgery for the choice of anesthesia in the domestic distribution of property and with the hospital, patients and doctors attribute the correlation among attributes.
