Learning has become individualistic because of the competition and computers. Competition is not the sole goal of the institution or an individual. The individual learner should be able to think divergently, take risks in solving problems, develop interpersonal and group skills for humanness and develop the capacity for ´role readiness´-the ability to meet the demands of many organizational settings with proper co-operation
