Abstract
To ensure that enterprises can effectively acquire various knowledge they need in their development, this paper divides the entire course of enterprise knowledge acquisition into four stages: searching for knowledge, identifying knowledge, receiving knowledge and creatively using the knowledge acquired. Based on a thorough analysis of the specific tasks required at different stages, it finally provides corresponding strategies for each stage.
