Abstract :
It is shown that Chua´s circuit is a differentially flat system. This feature makes the linearizing feedback controller design a particularly simple task. This note presents a smooth nonlinear controller and a dynamical discontinuous strategy which stabilize the system around an admissible trajectory yd(t). Computer simulations are presented to illustrate the performance of the proposed controllers
