Abstract
A new approach to reliability optimization of communications systems is presented in this paper. This approach considers both economics and reliability. The functional of system quality includes reliability, revenues from using of system and costs for system construction. A technology of parallel computing is suggested to use for reliability optimization. A modified algorithm of differential evolution is used for a mixed nonlinear optimization problem.
