Abstract :
On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to welcome you to the 2015 Symposium on VLSI Technology in Kyoto, June 15–18, 2015, jointly sponsored by the Japan Society of Applied Physics and the IEEE Electron Device Society. This year, the Symposium on VLSI Technology is celebrating its 35th anniversary. The Symposium has long been recognized as one of the premiere technical conferences showcasing the latest advancements in semiconductor technology. This year too we have captured the latest developments in the field in an exciting program, consisting of Plenary Session, Joint Focus Sessions with our Circuits team, Technology Focus Sessions, Technical Sessions, Evening Panel Sessions, Short Course, Luncheon Talk and Satellite Workshops.
