            Abstract : 
A method for detecting the optimum operation of the class E amplifier is presented. The detection is obtained in real-time by observing the switch current waveform and the shunt capacitor current waveform with a simple analog- digital circuit. Simulation results show that the detecting circuit indicates the optimum operation of the class E amplifier correctly.
