After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The rural migrant workers are playing a very important role in promoting economic development and maintaining social stability in China. In this paper, we will analyze the impacted factors about the corporate loyalty of the rural migrant workers and propose a solution to increase the corporate loyalty of the rural migrant workers, which are the social environment, the personal characteristics, the business factors and so on.
