Abstract :
The problem of excitation of acoustic modes (surface acoustic wave, leaky wave, Sezawa wave) in a layer of chalcogenide As2S3 on a YZ-cut of lithium niobate is considered. By means of effective permittivity function for such layered system the frequency dependence of excitation of various acoustic modes in a chalcogenide film As2S3 on YZ-cut lithium niobate is investigated.
