Abstract
This paper presents 5 GHz WLAN outdoor model and its parameters. The path loss used to determine service coverage is modeled by log loss model, and the power delay profile is modeled by COST 207 model. The parameters for the model are determined by measurements. The measurements are performed at common WLAN application places in campus environment. These environments present important data and make a criterion of other environments.
