Abstract :
Transparent of ZnO and ZnO-CoO thin films were deposited on glass substrate by the sol-gel and spin-coating method. Significant growth of the intensity of UV photoluminescence for ZnO-CoO film was observed. The EPR-measurements of polycrystalline nanostructures with the addition of cobalt oxide was studied.
