Abstract :
The work targets contemporary analog circuits/systems that trend toward high speed mixed analog/digital chips in the multi-GHz range and sub-systems containing both analog and high-speed digital die/chips. In these cases, power integrity is important. For example, for GHz circuits, it can become necessary to block high frequency noise components from radiating or coupling to the analog power plane. Otherwise, operation of sensitive analog blocks or critical signals can be degraded.
