Abstract :
This paper presents a novel linearization scheme for the pulse amplifier based Differential Taylor Transformation. It is shown that nonlinear properties of transistor results to strong dependence of the risetime from effect amplitude. The problem of risetime stabilization in nonlinear amplifiers is considered. The numerical-analytical minimization approach of the temporary parameters independent from pulse effect amplitudes have been offered. Condition of invariance of the response risetime to the source signal amplitude is determined. Modeling of the amplifier stage is carried out. The aim is to give an insight into Differential Taylor Transformations as the power method with its advantages.
