            Abstract :
The technique to construct an artificial organ is desired from drug development. Cells cultured two-dimensionally are in sufficient for use instead of organs of animals because of the loss of their signature properties such as metabolisms and adherence. Stacking of cell-sheet has limitation because of the difficulty of exchange of substances. Furthermore, three-dimensional cultures in biocompatible scaffold have a low survival ratio. We try to construct three-dimensional structure by assembling tubular cell-sheets which enable to perfuse culture medium. We report two methods to fabricate tubular cell-sheets.
