Title :
Control by means of bifurcations and the asteroid danger
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
The program of reducing the asteroid danger is proposed consisting of two parts. The first part includes a detection, determination of the elements of orbits, ephemerides and some other data for sets of small natural celestial bodies by means of their marking (landing on a celestial body of miniature radio-transmitters with the independent power supplies). The second part (control) includes selection of celestial bodies (called shells) to act on the dangerous celestial bodies by means of special engines and guidance systems and to organize their collisions changing the trajectories of the dangerous celestial bodies
