Abstract
This paper presented the simulation, design and experiment of a CDMA RF front-end module for mobile communication systems. Good performance is obtained both in the simulation and the experiment. To reduce the size of the RF module, the density of the PCB is so high that the electric cross-talk is significant. The cross-talk, however, can be decreased at least 10 dB with a simple method shown in this paper
