Abstract
This report presents fault detection in nonlinear systems with application to nonlinear Three-Tank System Benchmark. A robust fault detection filter based on ℋ∞ performance has been designed. Similarly three kinds of thresholds Jth, RMS, 2, Jth, Peak, Peak, Jth, Peak, 2 are also designed. All the algorithms are successfully tested with the real process. The experimental results given in the end of paper elaborate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
