Abstract :
Effect of delayed reflection from a remote load on operation of a gyrotron is considered. Improving of frequency stability by the wave reflected from the load is demonstrated. Mode-competition scenario in a multimode gyrotron with delayed reflection is investigated analytically and numerically.
