Abstract
A voltage-mode resonant forward type converter with a transformer is proposed, and its characteristics are revealed by analysis and experiment. It is clarified by comparing with the conventional voltage-mode resonant converters that this converter has prominent features of simplicity of circuit configuration, availability of multiple outputs, low core loss of transformer, low voltage stress, and high stability
