Abstract
Our aim is an abstract formal model and a formal language to describe cooperative processes. As a first step in this direction this paper presents a conceptual model for supporting integrated human-computer cooperation. An interdisciplinary approach is taken, combining research results from distributed artificial intelligence (DAI) and computer supported cooperative work (CSCW). The conceptual model is based on cooperation objects, cooperation primitives and cooperation methods. We provide an example of how this model can be used as a new framework for human computer cooperation
