Abstract :
In this thesis, we are studied small isolator characteristics and design method of mobile phones using impedance matrixes including magnetic losses are developed for the number of lumped element ferrite-loaded symmetrical three-port junction. The Scattering matrix eigenvalues corresponding to the matrixes are determined as a function of frequency. The overall results show that the characteristics of the isolator are affected by external C, load impedance, length and width of strip line and ferrite width and saturation magnetization sensitivity. And we are designed and experimented isolator for mobile phones. From the simulation and experimented result, isolation and return loss is 20 dB, insertion loss is below 0.2 dB, bandwidth is about 350 MHz at center frequency 1.765 GHz. In this paper, it is analyzed RF lumped element isolator of PCS phone and is compared with numerical analysis and experimental results. From this papers, it is presented small size isolators with low loss using lumped element type and will be applied other isolator design in the wireless communication system
