Abstract :
This paper presents OCAIN; on-chip impedance analyzer for the measurement of cellular mechanical parameters in a flow environment. We employed the robochip (robot integrated microfluidic chip) as a disposable part of the system, which was integrated with a tunable wall and an implanted force sensor. For the quality evaluation of the cell, OCIAN was demonstrated to measure the Young´s module of the oocyte, and the result shows that OCIAN will be possible to widely contribute as measurement method of the mechanical impedance of the cell.
