Abstract :
The 3D tissue construction is one of the important issues for retentive medicine. Current studies have tried to realize small size of 3D tissue in vitro. However, large size of 3D tissue, which has functionality, has not been realized due to the difficulties in supplying oxygen and nutrients to the tissue. In this paper, we propose the lattice based 3D tissue construction approach using hydrogel fiber. We also try to make a mesh shape structure by using our developed system. By using the proposed system, we demonstrate that it is possible to fabricate mesh with various grid sizes and multi-layered lattice.
