Abstract :
The wrong information will be provided to upper management for making policies if the design of enterprise ERP implementation and performance evaluation index is unscientifec. In this paper, based on balanced scorecard theory, a enterprise ERP implementation and performance evaluation index was founded, and mainly introduced the methods and procedures of the ERP performance evaluation model established by BP neural network principle, and taking 20 small and medium enterprises in ZhenJiang which is locate in JiangSu province as samples for training and testing, using the trained BP neural network to test the ERP performance evaluation and simulation predictions of the implementation of ERP in enterprises. The results are satisfactory.
