Abstract :
Single cell analysis is attracting large attention because that makes possible more quantitative and detailed analysis compared to conventional cell analysis. In this study, we proposed single cell temperature measurement devise by using high thermal conductive nano pillars and temperature sensitive fluorescent reagent. We fabricated the temperature measurement device and performed temperature calibration, finite element analysis and cell incubation on the device.
