Abstract :
The article presents results of study on collecting the practicing strategies for re-setting assistants the adjuster position of an energy meter in the calibration process. Operator skill acquisition is adopted through historical step of re-setting the adjuster position parameters of on energy meter by skilled operator. The proposed method is shown in heuristic approach that is integration between knowledge-based of on operator skill acquisition and the neural network learning method
