  • Abstract
    The five-year training program of ¿one village one undergraduate¿ began in 2004 in Heilongjiang province is approaching the end. Combining the rural training retain local talent as its mission, established by the provincial government of Heilongjiang. This article aiming to get necessary summarize of the core part of college students training plan - the college of agriculture student training work. And propose the corresponding suggestion of next step, by implementing the corresponding countermeasures to smooth the Heilongjiang province agriculture college training, to solve all kinds of problem happened during the training, and to promote steady implementation of the development of rural human resources plan in Heilongjiang province. In the mean while to provide a reference for peasant´s vocational training in other province.
