Abstract :
We demonstrate the optimization of a millimeter-wave pulsed high power transmitter with broadband injection. Pre-distortion are adopted to enhance the flatness and the spectrum of the output multi-tone signal in 2GHz bandwidth. Experimental results show that after the optimization, the undulation of the broadband output power was minished and the stability of the transmitter was improved. The distortion result from modulation of the non-ideal high voltage pulse was also banished.
