Abstract :
Organizations need a "strategy 2.0" that takes advantages and prevents risks of using Web 2.0 tools. In higher education organizations these tools have been used in logistic processes rather than in training processes. The use of these tools in training processes can contribute to pedagogical innovation and to develop students\´ learning and professional skills This paper presents a case study, aiming to validate the strategy 2.0 used in Information System Management classes of Management Course, in ESTG, as well as the skills developed in students during the referred teaching and learning process. This validation will be a contribution to the design of appropriate guidelines to the definition of a strategy 2.0 for higher education institutions.
