Abstract :
Based on the research of dispersion relationship and field distribution of clinotron theoretically, the resonator used for 0.3THz clinotron is designed. The mode distribution on transverse section area of optimum structure is analyzed, which is meaningful for the further development of 0.3THz clinotron.
