Abstract :
Recently, only RDF Schema is considered because storage and query for other Semantic Web data modeling formalisms, especially OWL, is still an open research issue. Persistent storage and query of expressive ontology is a challenging task for the Semantic Web technology. In this paper, by combining reasoning with relational database management system, a reasonable method is proposed. It´s described how to infer underlying knowledge using tableau algorithm, and considered how to provide persistent storage using relational database. It also introduces a query method with SPARQL in large-scale knowledgebase in further. At last, the system architecture is designed to implement this approach.
