Abstract :
At present, Sannong (means rural area, agriculture and farmer) issues have become important problem of influencing national economic and social development. It has been found that developed countries will combine modern logistic with agriculture, through using modern logistic idea and technology, strengthen the management of agricultural pre-production, production in medium and postal period, which can achieve to improve competitiveness of agriculture, flourish rural economy, increase farmers´ incomes. Developing modern rural logistic is effective ways to solve China´s Sannong (means rural area, agriculture and farmer) issues at the present stage, build new socialist countryside. As a large agricultural country, it will have outstanding realistic meaning and significant practical application value to develop modern rural logistic, build and perfect rural logistic system. This article main studies and compares with domestic and international scope, finds limitations in current construction of rural logistic, at the same time, it builds the modern rural new logistic system which agrees with China´s national conditions through the regional economy, e-commerce, supply chain concept and other new perspectives.
