Study on the mechanism of generation and evolution of the core competence — The theoretical framework based on emergence

This article re-defined the core competence from the system point of view, that core competence is the enterprise subsystem implied in the enterprise capability system which is the complex system, core competence is the result of the emergence of enterprise capability system. Combine with the emergence of complex adaptive system theory, discussing the mechanism of generation and evolution of the core competence.
