This paper first gives the requirement analysis of migtant worker information service system (MWISS) including migrate worker´s service demand, the advantages, necessity and feasibility of establishing MWISS; Then we gives the system analysis of MWISS, first analysis the organization structure, second gives the main function and data flow diagram of two subsystem, that are Employment service and Maintenance of the rights and interests ; In the part of system design, we give the database logical design of above two subsystem; Last we gives the main form of WMISS. The construction of the system has the great significance to reduce the blindness of migration and the cost of migrant, promotes the non-migrants to make rational decision.
